Terms of Service

Rakda builds running training plans, keeps your sessions in one place and tracks the runs you log. Using it means you accept what is written here.
Your account
You need an account to save a plan. Signing up takes a name, an email address and a password. Keep the password to yourself: anything done from your account counts as done by you.
Rakda is not built for children. Do not create an account if you are under 16.
Training is your responsibility
Plans and coach notes are written by rules inside the app from the answers you give it. They are general training guidance, not medical advice, and nobody reviews them before you see them.
Talk to a doctor before you start training, especially if you have been away from it, are managing an injury, or have a heart or breathing condition. If a session hurts, stop. If something feels wrong while you run — chest pain, dizziness, a pain that is sharp rather than tired — stop and get help.
You decide what you run. Skipping, shortening or changing a session is always allowed, and training safely is on you.
No guarantees
Rakda is free and comes as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, it may be wrong, and it does not promise you a finish, a time or a level of fitness.
Your data is stored with reasonable care, but keep your own copy of anything you would hate to lose.
Fair use
Use Rakda for your own training. Do not try to reach anyone else’s data, break the app, load it far beyond what it was built for, or use it for anything illegal.
Accounts doing any of that may be deleted without warning.
Rakda will change
Features get added, changed and removed, and the service may stop running altogether. Keep a copy of anything that matters to you.
What you write stays yours
Your plans, sessions and notes belong to you. Rakda stores them only to run the app for you; the Privacy Policy says exactly what that means.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and everything stored with it from your account page. That removes your profile, plans, sessions and logged runs, and it cannot be undone.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. Using Rakda after a change means you accept the new version.
